Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Visualora Nexus programs, certification and learning experience.

How are modules structured?
Each module includes short lessons, timed drills, and a practical checklist for on-set practice. You can track progress and add items to Fallows for later review.
Do I need a specific camera?
No. We focus on core operator skills that translate across camera ecosystems. When features differ between brands, we show equivalent controls and professional workflows.
What is a live cohort?
A time-bound group with weekly operator labs and real-time feedback on drills. Cohorts simulate real call sheets and scene coverage under changing lighting conditions.
Can teams enroll together?
Yes. We offer team licensing for productions and film schools. Contact us to align the curriculum with your specific shoot schedule and on-set requirements.
What is the refund policy?
Self-paced courses are refundable within 7 days if under 15% progress. Live cohorts are refundable until 72 hours before the first session kickoff.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Complete all required drills and pass the final operator assessment to receive a shareable professional certificate.
What equipment is recommended for operator labs?
A camera with manual controls, a support system (tripod/shoulder rig/gimbal/steadicam), basic lighting kit, marks and tape, and access to a safe practice environment.
How do I track favorites?
Click “Add to Fallows” in the catalog. Your tracked items appear on the Fallows page and persist via localStorage across sessions.
Is there any offline access?
Currently there is no offline player. We prioritize low-latency streaming and provide downloadable checklists for use on set.
